The Revenue House
You are not underpaid because the market is hard. You are underpaid because nobody ever built you the machine.

Build the machine. Become the woman who can hold it.

Most women are one offer, one price, and one nervous system away from $5–10K months. We fix all three. The strategy that brings the money in — positioning, offer, pricing, campaigns, funnels. And the capacity to keep it once it does. This is where your money identity changes, and your income comes to match it.

The Diagnosis

You don't have a money problem. You have five fixable ones.

Let's be adults about this. Income is not a mystery and it is not a manifestation problem. It is math and it is nervous system. Get both right and the number moves. Get one right and you stay exactly where you are.

Read these honestly. Every one of them is costing you money this month.

01
Your offer is priced at what you're comfortable saying, not at what it's worth. That gap is your salary.
02
You discount before anyone asks — and every discount teaches the buyer you didn't believe the number either.
03
You have no campaign, no calendar, no system. So every month you start from zero and call it hustle.
04
You post constantly and nobody moves, because you're saying topics instead of taking a position.
05
And when the money does come, something in you spends it, sabotages it, or shrinks back — and you have never said that out loud to anyone.
What You're Actually Building

Not a good month. A machine that repeats.

$5–10KEvery month, on repeat

Anyone can have one good launch. What you want is the boring version: a number that shows up whether or not it was a good week, whether or not you felt inspired, whether or not the algorithm liked you that month. Boring is the goal. Boring is what buys the life.

And you know exactly what that number changes. The invoice you stop dreading. The month you don't spend refreshing your balance. The decision you make because you want to, not because you can't afford not to. The proof, finally, that this is a business — not an expensive hope.

Here's the part the income guys skip: you build that number in a way that also builds your name. The same positioning that gets you paid is what gets you invited — the podcast, the stage, the collaboration, the client who found you because someone said your name in a room you weren't standing in. Money and reputation compound together, or neither one does.

01 · The Income

$5–10K months, repeatably

One offer, priced properly, sold through campaigns you run on repeat. You stop starting from zero every month and start working from a number you can plan a life around.

02 · The Brand

A name with weight

Positioning, a point of view, and a brand narrative that compounds. Every month of work makes you more recognisable — not just more tired.

03 · The Doors

Opportunities that come to you

Podcasts, stages, collaborations, partnerships, inbound clients. The kind of thing that only happens to people the market can clearly place — which is exactly what your positioning does.

To be straight with you: these are the outcomes we build toward, not a promise. What you earn depends on your offer, your market, and the work you actually do. What I can promise is the strategy, the room, and my eyes on your business every week.

Run The Numbers

The gap is smaller than you think it is.

You've made $5–10K a month into a mountain. It isn't. It's arithmetic, and the arithmetic is embarrassingly small. Here are three ways to the exact same number:

Path A

3 clients × $2,000

= $6,000/month. Three people. Not thirty. Three people who understood the offer and believed the price.

Path B

6 clients × $1,000

= $6,000/month. Six yeses across four weeks. That's one and a half conversations a week that go the right way.

Path C

20 members × $300

= $6,000/month. Recurring. Which means next month starts at $6,000 instead of at zero.

You don't need 10,000 followers. You don't need to work more hours. You need an offer worth two thousand dollars and four people a month who believe you.

So why isn't it happening? Because right now your offer is priced at $400, your positioning is vague enough that nobody can repeat it, you have no campaign running, and the last time someone said yes at a real number your voice went up at the end like a question. Every one of those is a fixable input. That's the entire job in here.

The Method

Strategy without capacity collapses. Every time.

Here is what nobody tells you. You can hand a woman a perfect funnel and a perfect offer, and if she doesn't have the capacity to hold the money, she will unconsciously break it. She'll go quiet for three weeks. She'll drop the price at the last second. She'll hire badly, spend it fast, or stop selling right as it starts working. I've watched it happen to brilliant women a hundred times.

And the reverse fails just as hard. You can do every inner-child exercise on earth, and if you have no offer, no positioning, and no campaign, nothing gets sold and nothing changes.

The Revenue House builds both at once, because that is the only version that survives contact with real money. The machine on the outside. The woman who can run it on the inside.

The Capacity Codes

Three permissions you were never given.

01

To Be Seen

Code One · Positioning & Brand

You are not overlooked because your work is weak. You are overlooked because some part of you learned that being noticed was not safe, so you made yourself easy to miss. We give that part somewhere to rest — and then we do the strategic work: your positioning, your niche, your point of view, the content pillars you show up on, and the brand narrative that turns you into the obvious choice. By the end, you become the name spoken in rooms you are not standing in — on purpose, not by accident.

02

To Be Chosen

Code Two · Offer, Marketing & Funnels

Somewhere you decided it was safer to be useful than to be desired. So you over-explain, over-give, and quietly hope they pick you. Here we build the machine that makes the yes inevitable: the offer someone actually wants to buy, the messaging that lands in the body, the marketing campaigns you run on repeat, and the funnel that moves a stranger from "who is she" to "how do I work with her" — without you posting into the void. You stop convincing. You start being chosen.

03

To Be Held

Code Three · Pricing, Sales & Systems

This is the one nobody teaches, and the reason the rest finally lasts. On the outside: pricing that reflects the transformation, sales conversations you can hold without folding, and the simple systems that keep money coming in without you posting every day to survive. On the inside: the capacity to say your number without your voice dropping, to receive without the guilt that follows, to look at the balance and feel calm. The ceiling lifts — and this time nothing in you rushes to pull it back down.

The Strategy, Plainly

Five things about growing a business most coaches won't say.

Because you deserve to see how I actually think about this — before you decide to build with me.

01 · Positioning

Positioning isn't your bio. It's the sentence in someone else's head the moment they think of you.

Most founders spend a year picking colours and fonts and calling that a brand. What actually moves the needle is a single, specific sentence — the one your ideal client uses when she tells her friend about you. If you can't finish that sentence for her, she can't buy from you, no matter how good the visuals look.

In the House, we don't polish a brand. We build the sentence — the promise, the who, the how, the why-you — until it's specific enough that the right person hears it and thinks: that's me, and she's the one.

The take: You don't have a visibility problem. You have a "one clear sentence" problem.
02 · Content

Nobody buys from more posts. They buy from a consistent point of view.

The reason your content isn't landing isn't the algorithm and isn't your face. It's that you're posting topics instead of takes. Topics blend in. Takes make someone stop scrolling because they've never heard it framed that way before — and now they need to know who you are.

We build your point of view: the three or four things you'll say on repeat, in your own words, that no one else in your space is saying quite like that. Then you stop chasing trends, because you're finally saying something.

The take: If your content could be posted by any other coach in your niche, it's not content — it's noise.
03 · Offer

Your offer isn't a list of deliverables. It's a bridge from where they are to where they want to be.

Founders under-earn because they package what they do (calls, sessions, modules) instead of what they get people (the transformation). Someone pays $200 for calls. Someone pays five figures for a life that looks different at the end. Same work — different offer.

We rebuild your offer around the outcome, not the deliverables — then price it against the value of the transformation, not the hours it takes you to deliver it. Nothing raises your income faster than this one shift.

The take: You're not overpriced. You're mis-packaged.
04 · Marketing

Marketing isn't posting. It's running a campaign, on purpose, with a beginning and an end.

The reason your income is inconsistent isn't that you're not working hard enough. It's that you have no rhythm — no campaigns you run on repeat, no seasons, no defined launches. So every month feels like starting from zero.

In the House, we build the campaign calendar: two or three signature campaigns you run each year, on a schedule you control. Each one has a warm-up, an open, reminders, and a close. That's what turns hope into predictability.

The take: A business without campaigns isn't a business. It's a series of good months and bad months.
05 · Sales

You don't close sales by getting better at "handling objections." You close them by believing your price before you say it.

Most sales training teaches you scripts. The real problem is the half-second before you say the number — when your voice drops, or you add a discount before they even ask, or you rush past the price to fill the silence. Every one of those tiny moves tells the buyer: even she doesn't think this is worth it.

We work on the strategy — the offer, the framing, the ask — and the capacity to hold your price in your body, in real time, on the call. That's the piece nobody teaches, and it's why our members stop discounting.

The take: Your price problem isn't strategic. It's neurological. Both have to be trained.

This is how I think about it. This is what we build together. If it sounds like the conversation you've been trying to find — you're in the right room.

The shift

Where you are now, and where this takes you.

Doing it alone
  • Guessing at your positioning, changing it every few months
  • Working harder than ever, stuck at the same income
  • Lowering your price before anyone even asks
  • Posting into silence, unsure why it isn't landing
  • Money arrives, and somehow always leaves again
  • Making every decision by yourself, with no one to ask
The real cost of doing it alone

Price it out yourself. Then look at the total.

Every line below is something you'd otherwise hire out, buy, or simply go without and pay for in lost revenue instead. I'd rather show you the honest arithmetic than tell you it's a great deal.

Discernment

I would rather you not join than join and not do it.

This is a small room on purpose. Read both columns honestly and pick your side.

Apply if
  • You want the whole machine built — positioning, offer, pricing, campaigns, sales — not another tip you'll never implement
  • You'll actually raise your price when I tell you to raise your price
  • You'll run the campaign on the calendar, not when you feel ready
  • You're willing to look at what money meant in your family, because that's where the ceiling is bolted on
  • You're done being the best-kept secret in your industry
Don't apply if
  • You want a tactic to try, not a business to build
  • You'll nod at the strategy and then do it your old way anyway
  • You want it done for you — this is with you, and you do the reps
  • Staying small still feels safer than being seen. That's allowed. Just not in here.

Twelve months pass either way.

You will spend the next year doing something. You'll either spend it guessing — changing your positioning again, dropping your price again, posting into the quiet again — or you'll spend it building the machine and becoming the woman who can run it.

Same twelve months. Same effort. Wildly different number at the end of it.

The women who break through are not smarter than you and they are not working harder than you. They just stopped doing it alone, and they had someone tell them the truth about their offer. Apply. Let's find out if that's about to be you.
